On behalf of the Rabat American School Parent Teacher Association (PTA), we would like to welcome you and your families, new and returning, to the RAS community. We are excited to work with parents, students and staff in creating an engaged and collaborative partnership this school year!

We all have something to offer! We can join together and find creative ways to volunteer in face of our professional and family obligations. Many volunteering tasks can be done from home! The most important skill you can bring is enthusiasm. “YOU” are what gives the PTA the heartbeat to function as an integral group of the school.

The role of volunteers extends beyond the school walls! There are volunteers who work on special assignments from home, those who volunteer on a regular basis, those who are part of a rotation, and those who are scheduled as needed. So don’t shy away from volunteering – we will partner with you and find what works best for you!

We are always looking for fun and exciting ideas to boost the learning experience at RAS. Our goals for the year are to build a stronger community, increase PTA membership and improve communications.
